Navigating Funding Shifts: Building a Feminist Financial Ecosystem
Funding shifts aren’t new and those who have navigated them have valuable lessons to share.
Join CAFIID’s Gender Lens Investing (GLI) Community of Practice for a discussion with representatives from Fòs Feminista Canada and KPMG East Africa on navigating a changing funding landscape.
Drawing on their experiences, speakers will share what has worked, what hasn’t, and how gender-lens investing partners can strengthen their resilience in the face of evolving funding conditions.
The session will also examine the limitations of earned-income approaches and explore how funding and investment can be structured to shift power, share risk, and sustain gender-responsive outcomes.
