Current Opportunities

Building on the successes of the CAFIID mentorship program since its launch in 2019, this program offers both mentors and mentees a unique opportunity to share knowledge, gain insights, build your network and learn new skills. It is open to all CAFIID members.

Applications are now closed

How does the Mentorship program work?

The program runs over a period of 6 months from March 1st to September 1st 2024.

Mentors and mentees are matched based on their experience, interests, skills and objectives. Mentees are responsible for identifying their goals and each mentee-mentor pair collectively works toward the mentee’s preset objectives. Meetings may be conducted virtually or in-person when possible.

As a mentor, you aspire to work with promising professionals and help them on their path. As a veteran  of the CAFIID mentorship program, I’m always highly impressed by the quality of mentees as well as their  unique and inspiring life stories. It’s a joy to see them grow and realize their career aspirations, sometimes much more quickly than both the mentor and mentee expected.
