Theodora Mladenova is a social finance and impact investing professional with experience spanning traditional finance, community finance, and purpose-driven entrepreneurship. She is currently the Fund Development Director at Kaleidoscope Social Impact, where she leads capital-raising and partnership efforts with a focus on advancing affordable housing and community-led solutions.

Alongside her role at Kaleidoscope, Theodora consults for purpose-driven founders and investors, supporting them to clarify their impact thesis, strengthen capital readiness, and align financial strategy with real-world outcomes. Her work often sits at the intersection of impact measurement, fundraising strategy, and early-stage investment decision-making.

Theodora brings a background in traditional finance, including investment management, research, and risk-focused roles, as well as hands-on experience in community finance, where she has supported affordable housing providers and social enterprises to access mission-aligned capital. This dual perspective allows her to bridge the language and priorities of mainstream finance and impact-focused capital.

She holds the CFA and FRM designations and is currently pursuing a Master in Business and Public Interest Law at UCLA School of Law, deepening her focus on the legal and structural dimensions of impact investing and social finance. Theodora is deeply committed to using capital as a tool for equity, resilience, and long-term systemic change, and enjoys connecting with others working to reimagine how finance can better serve communities.
