Sohail Chagani
Sohail Chagani is a finance and infrastructure professional with nearly two decades of experience spanning capital markets, corporate finance, project finance, and sustainable infrastructure investments. He has worked across renewable energy, and public infrastructure sectors, supporting the mobilization of capital for large-scale investments, public-private partnerships, and initiatives that advance long-term economic and social value.
Based in Toronto, Sohail is passionate about the intersection of finance, sustainability, innovation, and social impact. His work focuses on developing and supporting financing solutions that enable economic development, environmental stewardship, and community participation, including Indigenous equity ownership in infrastructure projects.
Sohail is a CFA Charterholder and is currently pursuing his MBA at the Rotman School of Management, where he is deepening his expertise in business design, sustainability, and innovation. He is particularly interested in climate finance, impact investing, blended finance, and the role of philanthropy in addressing complex societal challenges.
