Shailesh Sreedharan
Shailesh Sreedharan is the Founder and Managing Director of Conspectus Advisors, a Toronto-based advisory firm helping foundations and family offices deploy climate capital into high-impact projects across emerging markets — combining blended capital advisory, project due diligence, governance, and impact measurement.
Before Conspectus, he was at the World Resources Institute, a US$300M+ global research organisation, where as Chief Operations and Information Director, he built and ran WRI's 12-country network across Asia, Africa, and Latin America, led a $15M+ enterprise systems transformation, and served on the boards of WRI India, Kenya, and Colombia.
He holds an MBA (XLRI Xavier School of Management), a B.E. in Electrical Engineering (Mumbai University) and an Applied AI for Business Leadership credential from MIT Sloan.
