Farah is a Principal at ImpactVine Advisors, a management advisory and investment firm. ImpactVine collaborates with global organizations and leaders to design and implement strategies to effectively address their priorities with a focus on increasing their global, societal and leadership footprint. ImpactVine's venture arm invests in global early stage ideas making an impact in the areas of human development, workforce productivity and the future of work and learning.

Prior to founding ImpactVine Advisors, Farah spent a decade leading projects in Africa, working with the Aga Khan Development Network and UK Trade and structuring new projects  with a venture capital fund. In 2017 Farah founded a vc-backed education technology venture serving the higher education market and over half a million students and working professionals across Africa.

Farah brings more than 18 years of working at the intersection of business and society, working with leaders in the technology, professional services, non profit, education and private sector driven international development sectors, across Africa, Asia and North America. Prior to her global roles, Farah worked with Deloitte Canada supporting corporate strategy, operations, digitalization, finance and performance management engagements for top financial institutions, consumer brands, not-for-profits and industry organizations across Canada and India.

Farah has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Toronto and an MBA from INSEAD and currently spends time between Lisbon and Toronto. She is an active mentor and advisor for a range of impact oriented organizations and funds including Google Startups for Sustainable Development, African Women's Entrepreneurship Cooperative, Loyal VC, Antler VC and is an Entrepreneur in Residence at INSEAD.
