Dami Adejola

Dami Adejola is a Finance professional who currently works at RBC Bank as an associate in the Leadership Development Program, a rotational program for MBA graduates. Through the program, Dami has worked across various desks within the bank including Personal Lending, Equity Research, Venture Capital and most recently, Technology Banking. Prior to RBC, she worked in accounting and finance across many different sectors, including impact investment, agriculture, hedge fund and the professional services. Dami is passionate about driving impact through sustainable investing and access to capital. Outside of work, Dami volunteers as a Loan Review officer and Business Coach for Access Community Capital Fund, a Toronto-based organization that provides affordable micro loans to individuals and businesses.

Dami has a Bachelor of Science, Accounting from Covenant University in Nigeria and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, York University. She is a Chartered Accountant and a CFA level 2 candidate. In her spare time Dami enjoys cooking, hiking, playing tennis, reading, and watching reality shows.
