Chief Awuah Agtuahene
Chief is a banker and development finance practitioner. For close to 18 years has been working with individuals and mSMEs primarily in the agric. and agric. adjacent sectors, assisting with business and financial advisory and executing inclusive capital solutions that unlock growth and opportunities for agri-SMEs, youth and smallholder farmers.
As Program Manager for the Mastercard Foundation sponsored, BRIDGE-in Agric Prog. (Fidelity Bank), together with his team and program partners he led and scaled financing and advisory models that delivered youth-in-work outcomes while maintaining strong portfolio resilience.
He holds a BSc in Agriculture (Economics option), MSc in Development Finance and is a Certified Digital Finance Practitioner and Oxford Executive Leadership alumnus.
