Noura Kamel
Noura works in strategy development and evaluation & learning focused on expanding economic opportunities and sustainable impact. She is passionate about integrating systems thinking and behavioral science in her work to effect meaningful change for people and communities.
She is currently Impact Lead at the Mastercard Foundation, where she directs measurement and evaluation projects in support of programs that enable youth employment and entrepreneurship in Africa. Before joining the Foundation, she was the Policy and Research & Development Program Manager at a social initiative that connects young people to work across the Middle East and North Africa region. Prior to that, she was a Researcher with the International Labour Organization’s Regional Office for Arab States.
