Gregory Donovan
Greg Donovan has 15 years of credit-focused structuring, distribution experience, and 13 years at a large global financial institution in New York, London, and Toronto where he started and ran a multi-billion dollar credit insurance program and developed new ways of structuring insurance guarantee products. In addition, when Greg was part of the Loan Portfolio Management team, he re-wrote the way that the investment bank analyses credit for its credit investment committee globally. Greg has an HBA from the Ivey School of Business, a LLM from the London School of Economics, is a Chartered Accountant, and has completed SASB’s FSA. In addition, Gregory has studied in Sweden and China, and worked on development finance impact projects in Panama and Ghana. Greg has designed and developed a variety of impact investing and impact risk transfer investment vehicles focused on GHG reductions and community co-benefits.
