AtmosClear Canada
AtmosClear Canada is the founder of the Jaguar Corridor Investment & Carbon Aggregation Fund. The Fund invests in climate- and nature-smart enterprises in and around the biologically diverse ‘Jaguar Corridor’, which extends from Mexico to Argentina. The Jaguar Corridor is a term that loosely refers to the threatened range of Jaguars, which live and travel through biological corridors that contain healthy habitats and connect larger intact forest ecosystems, like the Chaco, Selva Maya and Amazon, in Latin America. About 50% of this network of Corridors and intact forest ecosystems has been lost due to development, much of it from agriculture. The Fund invests in enterprises that directly and indirectly reduce deforestation and biodiversity loss, restore degraded land with native commercial species, and create jobs in both conventional agroforestry markets and new markets for ecosystem services and nature based solutions.
