From intentions to outcomes, using customer data to measure social impact: 11 April 2018, 11am EDT. In 2011, FINCA in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, created a social performance system based on hard data from clients, reflecting the actual living and working conditions in their homes and enterprises. Sumaiya Sajjad, Project Manager, Mastercard Foundation, Scott Graham, Director of Research, FINCA International and Stephanie Emond, Executive Director, FINCA Canada will present this journey and explain how FINCA has succeeded in developing a customer-focused social performance methodology, overcoming such challenges as resource scarcity, research capacity, competing incentives and data quality.
